RETURNS, EXCHANGES & SHIPPING

We dispatch all orders within 48 hours on business days (Mon-Fri), however this can take 3-5 business days post sale periods when we get rushed off our feet. Please remember the postman doesn't work on weekends and public holidays, but we will always get your order out to you as soon as possible.

RETURNS
Our policy is simple: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund your money within 14 days of receipt of the purchase. 
Please note

  1. All items must be returned in new, unwashed, unworn condition with all tags affixed.
  2. Please include the original packing slip and paperwork with the reason for the return clearly noted.
  3. Due to hygienic standards for items with bikini briefs, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the original hygienic tab is left in place.
  4. Please email us at hello@theacquabrand.com.au to let us know to expect a return from you. Check to see if we have the stock that you are after in the event of an exchange, and supply an Australia Post tracking code to ensure we receive it.
  5. Items must be sent via trackable post as we are not responsible for any lost inbound post.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange sizes or styles you will need to return your item within 14 days of receipt of the purchase.
All exchanges will be credited against the original form of payment. A new order will then be placed and billed to the original form of payment. Availability of a replacement item cannot be guaranteed, in which case you will be contacted by customer service.
Please send all returns and exchanges using a traceable shipping method. The ACQUA Brand cannot be responsible for packages returned to us using shipping methods that are not traceable.

SHIPPING


Australian Orders
Standard shipping is charged at a flat rate of AUD$10 per order (2-5 business days within Australia), or Express Post at AUD $12 per order. 
Once shipped, you will be emailed with a tracking number which may be tracked at www.auspost.com/track.
The ACQUA Brand uses Australia Post and Couriers Please.


International Orders
International orders are charged at a flat rate of AUD $25 per order for standard shipping with tracking. Please allow 1-2 working days to dispatch (pick and pack) your order. Orders are generally delivered within 3-5 working days from dispatch via DHL. 

Please contact us if you would like an international order expressed via email at hello@theacquabrand.com.au. PO Box addresses are not accepted.

Duties and Taxes outside Australia

All orders outside of Australia will be sent DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, and duties and taxes may be payable upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and include

1. The Sales tax applied by your country; and 

2. Duties charged for processing by your country.

We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. All taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer ( not The ACQUA Brand) and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fee that may apply.

Local guidelines apply once your purchase arrives in the country of destination and may be subject to local customs duties and/or local taxes in that country.
These taxes and duties are not included in your shipping price. 
Lost or stolen postage is not covered by insurance.

ITEMS PURCHASED IN THE MONTH OF DECEMBER 2017 CAN BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED UNTIL 31 ST JANUARY 2018, TO ACCOMODATE THE HOLIDAY SEASON.
